FoneYam

Despite my rating. I supposedly have an account with Foneyam but I dont have. I cancelled a contract with them last year May due to fone issues but my account was never rectified since it still says I have an account on their system. They have non responsive to emails, WhatsApp and even Facebook messages

Truely great and fast service delivery from application right through to choosing my device. No problem, no hold backs, easy and quick. Thank you!

It's a good product

I have lost my phone, emailed my documents and it's the 7th day without a phone and disappointed plus ridiculous excuse of not have received any documentation after countless attempt to get a way forward still nothing so I recgret having to have taken any contact nor being a customer will never ever recommend nor be a customer again after finishing this contract😡

Very poor service,I tried to get pin from last week Wednesday until today nothing,I called day in and out without any assistance, all I get is sorry for inconvenience from call center,today they promised they've seen my email and I should call about three,I called four o'clock but they changed the tune saying they can't see the screens hot attached, the auto reply says they'll respond shortly,but the haven't responded to any of my email or called me back,the only time they call is when they ask about payments,I'm so heartbroken,I'm holding a useless phone

Yesterday i made application and tells me to come and collect it today, i went there and collect and pay same time, after then they told me to wait for 3 hr it would be fine, even now still shutting down why?? it seem this is useless business that need to be reported because isn't me only who has issue.

The phone isint receiving massages and calls, i ve checked all my settings. Everything is fine the internet is also fine but i am nkt able to receive smses and call. And i dont owe them a cent
