When am I getting feedback on my active complaints which has been active since february,I have been paying , a phone which I took 2025 Jan, and I have been paying ever since, it has been locked again, I believe there are no missing payments,I have requested or a statement which I have been promised I have sent my ID as requested and ONLY today the 26th of May 2026 which I have been told that your company cannot and does not send statements or any proof,eI have sent several emails, I have l missed a job opportunity thanks to your company and incompetence staff,eIm about to lose my current job because I cannot access the app on my phone to authenticate me.eThis has been going on for months now.eICASA referred me you for a repudiation letter and a reference number for my complainte,plus a call recording between my self and Likho(your customer service agent today 26/05/2026 just before 15:oopm,I am not paying anymore money and you are going to FIX this,and you better,your agent Likho hung up on me,and never bothered to call back as she had promised should we get disconnected, the airtime I used to call you to fix an issue,There is no star to rate your service,maybe a minus would do,I only put it to submit my reveiw even a 0.5 is way too much for ya'll
