I am very disappointed with the service I received from FoneYam.

I lost my rented device in a taxi and immediately followed the correct process. I submitted all required documents including an affidavit, ITC number, police case number, and my ID.

I have been paying for the device for about 7 months and my account is up to date. Despite this, my claim was cancelled without any reason provided.

I received an SMS simply telling me to continue paying for a device I no longer have, which is very frustrating as a customer who followed all the rules.

I requested clarification and a review of my claim but have not received a proper explanation. Mind you this is my second rental phone from them.

I hope the company improves its communication and treats customer claims more transparently in the future.
