Despite my rating. I supposedly have an account with Foneyam but I dont have. I cancelled a contract with them last year May due to fone issues but my account was never rectified since it still says I have an account on their system. They have non responsive to emails, WhatsApp and even Facebook messages

The whole process seemed complicated for the store cashiers. I never got the opportunity to get the phone and use it for an authentic feedback.
