Great way to keep your health and lifestyle in check

I would highly recommend anyone to join Momentum multiply,I first head of Momentum multiply through my friend and I am impressed,I will mostly use it to choose meal plans,because healthy life all start in the kitchen,this App will greatly assist me in living a healthy long life,and I will benefit mostly from their cash back partners like Dischem because that's where I do my shopping.

I’ve been a Momentum Member for over 8 years and I have been using app for almost two years. But this year i use them frequently. I use the app to for the weekly challenges, health scan and for the online shopping, which I’ve been enjoying.
I benefit a lot from Virgin Active, totally a win. I also benefit most on the FlySA, Pick n Pay & Clicks. All the rewards and benefits make it all worth it. I always say that it feels like Momentum Multiply is paying me to be a member because of all the money I save & the discounts I receive. I highly recommend and also have told my friends, colleagues and gym members to join.

I love how the program aims to benefit the user just for living a healthy lifestyle. It’s amazing to see that there are no waiting periods and users can get rewarded immediately when they join, to top it all off, there are no extra costs incurred.

So I have been a Momentum Health member and using the Multiply App since August 2021. It’s easy to use and I mostly track my sleep and eating habits (if you know you know lol). My favourite partner is Dischem it’s great to be rewarded after shopping for stuff that contributes to my health.
