I've been a Momentum member since 2022. Momentum Multiply services come to my workplace once a term. They promote healthy living, and in return, you get rewarded for a healthy heart. I've been using the app since I joined Momentum, and it is very easy to use, from getting a digital coach tool that helps me make better health choices, to booking health assessments
I benefit from clicks cashback and Woolworths where i get discounts on my shopping.
I would recommend the app to family, friends, and hiking peers because it is so awesome to get rewarded for simply choosing to stay healthy and fit. The app is a motivation to keep your health in check, track your progress, and rest assured that you have a healthy heart.
