I have been with Momentum Health since 2021 and I have never looked back.
It's great value for money, I don't have to worry when I'm sick or feel ill cause it just takes a call and I am sorted. I've been using the Momentum Multipler app for 6 months now and it's sad that I only found out about the rewards program later. But later than never right?
The app is so user friendly, it gave me zero hassle.
I am able to track my sleep on the app to better my sleeping patern, this came in handy because I'm a first time Mom and in order for me to be at my best I need my rest, so I'm so happy that the app has helped me to make changes to help me rest better to be better.
I started being more active because of the Momentum Multipler rewards program, I opt for more nutritious meals because of the wellness and lifestyle benefits that come with the different rewards partners. I get rewarded for being healthy and active. I absolutely enjoy my shopping experiences at these rewards partners (Makro, Checkers, Shoprite, Dischem and Boxer) because I get discounts and rewards for shopping there and the rewards are even better when you are a Momentum Health member.
