I heard about the momentum multiply app on social media and from my family and I am absolutely convinced I need it in my life , as a new mom clicks and dischem as well as checkers and woolies would be amazing partners to benefit from but I would also use the app to stay motivated to keep healthy habits and to eat better as well as get back to the gym.
