So I have been a Momentum Health member and using the Multiply App since August 2021. It’s easy to use and I mostly track my sleep and eating habits (if you know you know lol). My favourite partner is Dischem it’s great to be rewarded after shopping for stuff that contributes to my health.
The app has really supported my journey to a healthier lifestyle and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on track with wellness in a fun, rewarding way. Great job, Multiply team!
