I recently had the opportunity to use Hello Aida after my daughter struggled with several Mathematics concepts during her Grade 12 year. I found it to be an incredibly valuable learning support tool and, quite honestly, a game changer. Given how technologically inclined our children are today, having an educational platform that meets them where they are is both relevant and effective.

What stood out most to me was that Hello Aida does not simply provide answers. Instead, it guides learners through the thinking process step by step. This approach encourages critical thinking and helps students develop a deeper understanding of their work rather than relying on memorised solutions. It helps learners arrive at the answer themselves, rather than simply giving it to them.

As a former teacher and someone who values educational tools that promote independent learning, I appreciated how Hello Aida functions more like a tutor than an answer generator. In fact, it feels like having a tutor in the comfort of your own home, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The platform is easy to use, accessible, and provides support across a wide range of school subjects. Its alignment with both the CAPS and IEB curricula makes it particularly relevant for South African learners from Grade 1 through to Grade 12.

I also found Hello Aida to be a safe and responsible AI learning tool. The responses are structured to support learning and comprehension, creating an environment where learners can build confidence while working through academic challenges. One of my favourite features is the read-aloud option, which enhances accessibility and makes learning even more engaging for students.

Another major advantage is its availability. Having access to educational support at any time of the day means learners can receive assistance whenever they need it, whether they are completing homework, preparing for examinations, or revising difficult concepts.

Overall, Hello Aida offers a practical and thoughtful approach to AI-assisted learning. It is user-friendly, educationally focused, and designed to help learners understand their schoolwork rather than simply complete it.
