My experience with Capitec Bank has been very accommodating especially with the online banking and with me being a customer for over 10+ years .When I need to transfer money or have a savings plan it all can be done at my convenience.It has been a positive experience and my time has been limited so banking has to be fast and effective .The app being part of my daily life is a life saver and the security for me has been top,knowing my money won’t just disappear from my bank puts me at ease.A big thank you from your customer that appreciate the hard work in maintaining excellent customer service and communication. When asked by others where is the best bank ,I send them to Capitec and also remind them to download the app to have everything at your fingertips.

The Capitec App is the best and it has made my life easier. As someone that’s working 9-5 It’s always convenient for me to send money home while I’m at work & not worry having to go queue at the bank.

The features are easily accessible, easy to use & at anytime. My most favourite has to be scan to pay, prepaid, electricity & cash send.

The most user friendly app you would ever get , this app is incredibly straightforward you can find whatever you need without complications. The feature I use the more would be paying beneficiaries and buying airtime because it's so quick and easy for me to do and helps me save so much time . The feature I use less would be the financial organizing because I just need time to sit down and do that but I've noticed it gets categorized for you which seems easy enough.I do wish that they could add a paypal feature of their own without being linked to FNB because it would be so much easier . I would also love to see a feat where they offer payment options for purchasing of laptops, computers ,Cellphones etc .

My banking life has completely changed since I started using the Capitec App. There’s literally nothing much to go to the bank premises for, because almost all the banking services are at my fingertips, convenience at its best.

Almost every feature is my favourite but Pay Bills is my most favourite because I can attend to paying bills without stepping out of the house.

Security wise I am happy with the app, haven’t had any issues so far which why is I would recommend Capitec App to everyone who wants the best secured, easy and convenient banking app.

The Capitec Bank app is fantastic and incredibly user-friendly. I find navigating through it to be seamless, and the Scan to Pay feature is my go-to for most transactions. While I use Apple Pay less frequently, the app's security measures provide me with peace of mind, and I feel confident in its protection. Currently, the app has all the features I need, so I’m not missing anything. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience using the Capitec app in my daily life.

Capitec app is so convenient, secure easy to use. I like how can pay my bills, send cash, buy electricity at home. My new favourite feature is definitely renewing my vehicle at home as well. And the fact that I use the app every single day and I have never had any security issues is a bonus. I definitely recommend this app.

The Capitec Banking App is so convenient. I can do so many things like buy electricity, airtime and pay bills without leaving my home. I love it.

Downloading the Capitec App and making it part of my daily life was the best decision I have made. I have 3 most favorite features I love in in this App :

1. Capitec Pay is an easy, fast and safe way to check out, pay bills or buy prepaid electricity and water online. I use Capitec Pay to check out or pay online. It’s convenient, I tap Transact then Capitec Pay to approve the payment.

2. Capitec Buy and Send Vouchers,  you use Capitec App to buy and send a voucher to anyone in South Africa to spend at participating Retailers, it's quite amazing!

3. Capitec Vehicle Licence Renewal. The app makes renewing your vehicle licence a breeze. No more waiting, no more lines, just convenience at your fingertips!

I would definitely recommend Capitec Banking App to anyone. It's simple, easy-to-use, secure and convenient!!!
