When I was old enough to open my own bank account, I decided to go with Capitec. I am honestly so glad I went with Capitec as the experience has only been a good one.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had a problem with the banking app. But I think the thing that stood out to me is their efforts to keep their clients accounts safe. The Money Up Chat has been a game changer!
